Seminar Workshop on PATROL Plan 2030. Bicol region’s top officials and staff of the Philippine National Police (PCSupt Victor Pelota Deona, Deputy Regional Director for Administration of Police Regional Office 5; PSSupt Eduardo G. Chavez, Chief Regional Intelligence Division; PSupt Roade P. Tombaga, Deputy Chief, Regional Operations and Plans Division; and PInsp Rique A. Bausa, Information Technology Officer), in a three-day seminar workshop cascaded the PNP PATROL plan 2030 to local police officials and personnel of Sorsogon. Said plan promotes transparency in the utilization of PNP funds and instill a transformation culture in the police force to pull off a credible, efficient and effective public service. Seminar Workshop on PATROL Plan 2030. Officials of the Sorsogon Police Provincial Office and Provincial Public Safety Company together with the Chief of Police across the province and PNP personnel assigned in the Investigation, Intelligence, Operations and Plans and Police Community Relations of the city and municipal police stations in Sorsogon underwent a three-day seminar/workshop on PATROL plan 2030. The activity introduced a decentralize planning within the PNP organization, to promote transparency in the utilization of PNP funds and instill a transformation culture in the PNP towards a highly capable, effective and credible police service.
