Ensuring clean water. DENR Regional Executive Director Joselin Marcus Fragada addresses participants to the National Executive and Legislative Dialogue in observance of World Water Day on March 22, 2011. He points out the importance of keeping the watershed system in good condition to ensure a stable supply of clean water for all.
