SORSOGON
CITY - On or about 2:00 AM of June 12, 2013, PO1 Dhejay Jasareno PNP called the
Office of the Provincial Fire Marshal that the fire was in progress at Nogales
Compound, Brgy. Balogo, Sorsogon City and OPFM personnel immediately informed
the Sorsogon City Central Fire Station, immediately the duty fire personnel
headed by City Fire Marshal SINSP WALTER B MARCIAL BFP responded.
Involved
was residential house/ boarding houses owned by Ms. Ninita D. Nogales, 52 years
old.Fire originated from the room of a certain Tirso Hababag a.k.a. Budoy,
teacher in Poblacion, Castilla, Sorsogon. Cause, Electrical. Estimated damage
under investigation. Casualty, One (1). Injured, Negative. (FO1 Maria Gracia E

it's not due to electrical wiring..there was a foul play in it...if you only investigate it more deeper..you can see that the casualty was dead already before the house burned..
the investigators cannot determine whether the casualty died on fire or already dead before the fire?what kind of investigation or scrutiny they made? magic?
