SORSOGON CITY, Marso 20 – Magreresibe na po ang Sorsogon Police Provincial Office kan mga folders para duman sa mga boot na magserbisyo o maglaog sa Philippine National Police. Ang makakasabay sa regular/attrition recruitment program ngonian na taon pigkakarkulo na ma take-oath sa maabot na Hulyo 2, 2012 kaya inaapodan po ang mga intresadong kwalipikadong aplikante na magsumite kan saindang mga application folders para sa initial screening asin evaluation kan mga ini.
An mga minasunod na dokumento iyo an mga kaipuhan: “A”- Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212 Revised 2005, Handwritten,Black Ballpen), “B”- Birth Certificate (Issued by NSO), “C”-Eligibility (Authenticated by Issuing Party), “D”-Black and White Picture (Two (2) pieces 2x2, indicating Applicants name): a. 1 pc Bust picture b. 1 pc Whole body picture, “E”- Transcript of Scholastic Records and Diploma (Authenticated by the School Registrar), “F”- Certicate of Good Moral Character from University, “G”- Clearances (from the Barangay, Local Police Station, RTC/MTC/NBI), “H”- Medical Certificate (Issued by the Local Health Office and ECG result), “I”- Fingerprints and Handwriting Specimen from NAPOLCOM. Magsumiteng sarong (1) puting folder na may puting tabbing para sa initial screening.
