CASTILLA,
SORSOGON (PIA) – On May 10, 2013 at about 6 o’clock in the morning, elements of
RIU5 led by Police Inspector Gilberto Alcovindas with 96MICO, MIG5, CIDG, Uson
MPS and RSOTG led by PSI Esteve Dela Rosa, conducted search warrant operation
at the residence of Brgy Captain Paulino Gepiga II y Tepait at Brgy Mabini,
Uson, Masbate by virtue of Search Warrant # 2013-66 issued by Hon Judge Maximo
R Ables, RTC Branch 47, Masbate City dated May 9, 2013 which resulted to the
confiscation of the following items: one cal. 45 pistol made COLT make 1V without
SN, one cal .25 pistol made Phoenix arms
SN 4092470, one .9mm Ingram machine pistol without SN, one cal 22 revolver made
Smith and Wesson without SN, three homemade shotgun, fourteen (14) live ammos
for cal.45, four (4) live ammos for cal.22, twenty two (22) live ammos for
.9mm, 2 magazine for cal 45, one magazine for cal .25, one magazine for Ingram
and one magazine for homemade shotgun.
The
search was done in an orderly manner in the preence of the respondent and Brgy
Kagawad Rogelio M Tepait and Hamelcar Gabutero. (MPPanesa, PA/PIA Sorsogon)
