PNP RO5 announces Invitation to Bid for Sorsogon PPO Bachelors’ Officers Quarter’s construction

SORSOGON CITY, June 26 – The Philippine National Police Regional Office 5, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites contractors registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to bid for the construction of Bachelors’ Officers Quarter of Sorsogon PPO at Camp Salvador C Escudero Sr., Sorsogon City.

The project named; Construction of Sorsogon BOQ Building, with location at Sorsogon Police Provincial Office has an amount of Php 2,534,285.00 and  funded by the PNPTR.

Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract and Contractors Performance Evaluation System (CPES) Rating Sheet. Have completed a similar contract with value of at least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment available for the execution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Preliminary Examination of Bids and conduct evaluation and post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.

All particulars relative to the Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bid Conference, Opening of Bids, Evaluation of Bids, Post-qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon submission of Letter of Intent (LOI) and payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand Pesos only (Php 10,000.00).
