The Provincial Government of Sorsogon and the Kasanggayahan Foundation, Inc. invite everyone to support the Kasanggayahan Festival 2012 comes October 8-17, 2012.
What is Kasanggayahan Festival?
• It is an annual provincial festivities of Sorsogon demonstrating the Sorsoganons profound gratitude to God for His unrelenting guidance and blessings and instilling awareness among our people and the general public of the richness of the province's culture and heritage, agricultural products, skills and services, local crafts, cuisines, tourism and people.

and the grains are golden;
When the machines work well
and the business prosper;
When the birds in the sky chirp freely
and men on earth are peacefully happy;
In Bicol, it is KASANGGAYAHAN,
meaning a life of prosperity."

• The word KASANGGAYAHAN captures the provincial picture of Sorsogon, a bountiful green land with golden grains, environmentally vibrant with a fun loving people and rich both in agricultural marine products.
