Scheduled power interruption in parts of SORSOGON
The National
Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) serves notice of the scheduled
shutdown of some of its transmission facilities in these areas:
Date: 12 September 2012
Time: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Affected Distribution Utility: * Sorsogon
Electric Cooperative 1 and 2 (SORECO 1 & part of SORECO 2: Gubat)
Reason: Replacement
of poles, cross-arms, insulators and other line hardware along Sorsogon- Irosin 69 KV Line.
Normal
operations will immediately resume after work completion. NGCP’s customers and
the general public are advised to take the necessary preparations and
precautions for this scheduled interruption.
*Specific cities and
municipalities to be affected by the power interruption are determined by the
abovementioned Distribution Utility (DU), unless the activity affects the
entire franchise area. The DU allots the available power within its franchise
area and implements the power interruption schedule among the end-users.
