The Philippine Information Agency (PIA) launches today the PIA new website and PIA Art Gallery as part of its 25th year anniversary. The activity was graced by no less than President Benigno S. Aquino III. PIA was created by virtue of Executive Order No. 100 which was signed by then President Corazon C. Aquino on the 24th day of December, 1986.
