Sorsogon Police Provincial Office
– In helping others, outreaching activities is important. One of those is to
find ways on how raise assistance out of the collective efforts from all stake
holders.
June 23, 2012 at about 6:00 AM, the
Brotherhood of Christian Businessmen and the Professionals Sorsogon Chapter
spearheaded the DARALAGAN 6.23.12: Sorsoganons Run. The activity was
participated by personnel of SORPPO and personnel of Sorsogon Provincial Public
Safety Company and Sorsogon City Police Station.
The four (4) kilometer run
was started in Sorsogon Capitol Park and ended at Sorsogon City Hall, Bgy
Cabid-an, Sorsogon City. Its aim is to advocate the significance of civic
consciousness towards private-public partnership. Proceed of the activity is to
provide school supplies to the street children/pupils.
The fun run was also
participated in by more or less 3000
runners from various clubs, organizations, government and non-government
