Here is a picture of a
patient brought to Dr. Fernando B. Duran, Sr. Memorial Hospital (DFBDSMH) also
known as Provincial Hospital for treatment due to an open fracture sometime in
November 2011. He was brought by an unidentified person with no
personal information about himself and the patient
was left. Moreover the patient is mute. As far as the treatment
is concerned he had fully recovered. According to Mr. Fernando F. Hugo,
OIC Administrative Officer of the said hospital, it is now their intention
to turnover the patient to the care of his family or relatives.
Kindly help us in locating the family of Mr. X. Thank you for your assistance.
